Attention Hairhouse Warehouse lovers!

Good news for all you haircare junkies out there - everyone's favourite one-stop-shop for salon quality styling products and hair essentials has now expanded into the online marketplace... yay!... and has plans for future expansion into international markets as well.

With 130 existing stores around Australia, Hairhouse Warehouse is looking to take the brand into the UK, Asia, the Middle East and the United States.

We might also be seeing the brand make its debut with a concession store on the Myer department store cosmetics floor.

Co-founder Joseph Lattouf says the company has hired franchising specialist firm DC Strategy to determine “which countries we can go to, which ones we can’t and which ones would suit our concept”.

“We’ve had a lot of interest from the States and from Asia, the UK and the Middle East. Hopefully, we’ll have one country definitely signed up for 2012,” he says.

Hairhouse Warehouse, which this year celebrates its 20th birthday, was founded by Melbourne brothers Tony and Joseph Lattouf, who opened their first Hairhouse Warehouse salon in 1992.  Hairhouse Warehouse was named Established Franchisor of the Year at the 2011 Westpac FCA Excellence in Franchising Awards, and also claimed titles in marketing and social responsibility.

For now folks, the ability to purchase via their online store is there, however the range of products is still quite limited, but I'm sure we can expect the remainder of their fabulous lines to pop up before the end of the year.  So keep an eye out.
